Supported Frameworks :

Pillbox General handles the medical RP weight of most FiveM servers — and it shows. A single vanilla hospital interior with limited room variety forces EMS and doctor characters into the same hallway for every scene. St. Fiacre Hospital MLO is a dedicated alternative: a purpose-built medical facility where different clinical scenarios can happen in physically appropriate spaces.

Interior Departments

The layout is organized by function. Emergency intake and triage have their own space, separate from the wards where longer-stay patients are held. Operating theaters and the ICU are distinct rooms rather than relabelled versions of the same geometry. The pharmacy, labs, and staff areas give supporting roles — nurses, medical examiners, pharmacists — their own environments to work from rather than sharing the same corridor as active trauma scenes.

  • Emergency Room — dedicated intake and triage space for rapid-response scenarios
  • ICU — isolated critical care area for serious patient roleplay
  • Operating theaters — surgery rooms separated from general ward traffic
  • Patient wards — recovery and observation space for extended medical RP
  • Pharmacy — staffable dispensary area
  • Laboratories — clinical support environment for medical examiner and research RP
  • Staff areas — break rooms and admin space for non-clinical character roles
  • Optimized for server streaming — performance-conscious build
  • No framework dependency — standard FiveM streaming resource

Why Spatial Separation Matters for Medical RP

The difference between a functional hospital and a reskinned empty building is whether scenes can happen simultaneously in different departments without characters having to physically share the same room. EMS bringing in a trauma patient through the ER while a separate team runs surgery in the operating theater, with a pharmacist fielding a dispensary request on the same call — that only works when the rooms are actually separated. St. Fiacre’s layout is built with that parallel activity in mind.

Compatible Script Integrations

The MLO itself is framework-free — it is purely a map resource. Medical scripts that reference interior coordinates (check-in kiosks, surgery minigames, medical record systems) can be pointed at specific room locations without any MLO-side modification. The standard streaming structure makes coordinates predictable and stable between resource restarts.

Installation

Add the resource folder to your server resources directory, ensure it in server.cfg, and restart. No dependencies, no ESX or QBCore requirements — it runs alongside whichever medical scripts your server already uses.
