If your scenario calls for the home of a wealthy civilian, a legal professional’s personal address, or an affluent NPC’s residence used in mission scripting, this is the correct layout.

Technical Notes

Ships as a standard FiveM streaming resource. No ESX, QBCore, or other framework dependency — add it to your resources folder and ensure it in server.cfg. Custom geometry means there are no vanilla prop co-ordinate conflicts to resolve on install.
