GTA V’s default motorcycle mechanics treat bikes as driving vehicles and nothing more. This script adds a distinct physical action: while riding, you can exit the bike mid-motion and launch yourself at a nearby vehicle — landing on the roof, busting through a window, or dropping inside. It’s the kind of stunt that should have been in the base game, and on a FiveM action or racing server it creates moments that no native mechanic replicates.

How the Jump Works

Press G while moving to enter jump mode. From there, two paths open up: hold the left or right mouse button to manually aim and release for a directional launch, or look at a vehicle travelling at a comparable speed and press E to trigger an assisted jump directly onto it. The auto-jump calculates trajectory against the target’s speed and direction — it won’t fire if the angle is wrong. You can walk on vehicle roofs after landing, and the script detects sudden acceleration or braking to dismount naturally rather than clipping through geometry.

Compatibility

The script is fully standalone and requires no ESX, QBCore, or any other framework to run. Drop it into your resources folder, add it to server.cfg, and it works. Vehicle types covered by jump mode are configurable, so servers that want to restrict the ability to specific bikes or expand it to additional vehicle classes can do so in the config file.

Use Cases

Action servers, stunt servers, and chase-heavy law enforcement RP all get something from this. Officers on motorbikes can board a fleeing vehicle; stunt coordinators can script set pieces that standard driving mechanics can’t achieve. At 0.00ms idle, it adds zero background cost to servers where the ability isn’t being used.
